Inschrijven voor de les die je wil volgen doe je
op: www.deguldenbodem/rooster.

Ben tussen 10 en 5 minuten voor aanvang van de les aanwezig, de les start echt op het aangegeven tijdstip.

Trek makkelijk zittende kleding aan, zonder ritsen of knopen.
Als je het prettig vindt neem je een handdoek en een flesje water mee.

De lessen volg je met pilates sokken aan. Deze zijn ook te koop op locatie voor aanvang van de les.

Na de les kun je gebruik maken van de sauna, hiervoor is badkleding verplicht.

Fijne les en tot snel bij 'De gulden bodem'!

Ps.
Je kunt je 6 uur voor aanvang van de les kosteloos uitschrijven, dit doe je door nogmaals op de les de klikken waarvoor je ingeschreven bent in het rooster, schrijf je je te laat uit dan gaat er een rit van je account af.
